This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Staff at Myanmar C.P. Livestock Co., Ltd. located in Yangon. The Admin Staff will

Be responsible for various administrative processes, communication, invoicing, finance, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis.

  • Ensure operational efficiency, it is necessary to supervise the implementation and maintenance of office administration systems and procedures.
  • Manage the timely rental and contracting of vehicles required for the business, as well as ensure smooth coordination regarding vehicle usage.
  • Calculate the monthly rental fees, overtime, and fuel expenses for the business vehicles.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair activities related to the office building.
  • Manage and supervise security personnel arrangements for the business, including contracting with security service companies.
  • Perform the duties assigned by the manager effectively, based on the business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
