The Admin HR Executive will be a role model and effectively lead a team of different level of retail staff comprising to ensure company goals and objectives are met.

 

 

  • To prepare and summit the daily and monthly report on time to Manager.
  • To check and operate the leave, on duty and Finger Print Error.
  • To check and operate the probation, permanence, Resign, Termination, Dismiss staff.
  • To check and operate the promotion, demotion, puni shment, fine situation.
  • To check and operate the overtime calculation process.
  • To check and operate the SSB issue s.
  • To check and participat e the SSB benefits for employees.
  • To deal and operate to Bank service for salary (MPU).
  • To maintain the document s of department.
  • To prepare and distribute the instruction orders and others.
  • To  participate   carrying   out   Employment    Contract   I  Performance    Contract   to employees.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  •  Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general  support to visitors
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintain ing equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
  • anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate office procedures&  Performs other duties as required.

  • Any Graduate or Human Recourse Certificate
  • 3 years of Admin& Human Resources Management experiences.
  • Computer  and  Accounting Knowledge.
  • Communi cation & Negotiation and Clerical Skill.
  • Organizational skill.
  • English( Pre-interm ediate Level )
