  • Responsible to identify to key doctor by product wise along with MMO and TSM
  • Responsible to ensure all subordinate has monthly call plan and follow call plan
  • Monitor the progress on prescription generation
  • Monitor the sales target achievement of subordinates and guide to achieve target
  • Responsible to share market feedback / finding to concern persons
  • Responsible to train /  coach subordinates
  • Responsible to developing sales and improvement of team member for assigned area
  • Responsible to CRM building

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Graduate ( Sciences Graduate Preferable)
  • Minimum Five year in relevant field
  • Presentation skill
  • Good coaching skill & analytical skill
