• Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives within budgeted parameters• Assist in the identification and development of brand building ideas and work closely with other departments & outside parts to implement them (production, trade marketing, sales, market research, procurement, advertising agencies, event organizers, suppliers etc.)• Closely monitor market trends and competitive activity• Act as the Brand Guardian in the absence of the brand manager• Prepare weekly reports and brand presentations• Prepare event and promotional budget• Smooth execution of all promotional activities• Ensure timely delivery of all POSM and premium items through proper coordination with procurement and suppliers• Monitor & report the market share and volume achievement of the brand• Manage all third-party contracts with suppliers (renew, draft, negotiate payment terms)• Monitor promotional budgets• Manage timely settlement of advance payments on promotional activities

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)• Written & Spoken English fluently• Good knowledge in Marketing• Good communication & presentation skills• Good problem- solving skill • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field• 3-years of experience in a Job in the capacity of an assistant manager/manager• Positive attitude• Pleasant personality
