Formulate and develop the best team of Field execution team and Merchandiser team that meet the expectations of Perfect visibility and Perfect awareness.
• Ensure Project target setting and stretching.
i. Monitor (UM/LM) Division’s Project execution vs guideline and take necessary actions to meet with brand/project objective
ii. Evaluate monthly activities carried out in the Division.
iii. Monitor Field execution team productivity and throughput.
• Achieve Project to have perfect Awareness & Visibility by:
- Analyzing the Division's Good Activities & Availability potential
- Craft and develop strategies to deliver execution target
- Recommend activation or marketing plan which will drive growth in Company business.
• Build Operation capability among team members:
i. Provide Operation skill guidance to Area Activation Team lead & all team members
ii. Mentoring & training subordinates.
iii. Conducting continuous field coaching to Activation & Merchandiser lead to ensure field effectiveness.
• Expand OOH Awareness & Visibility coverage in Region and build outlet leadership.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Activation & Merchandising activities and recommend the necessary changes.
• Provide recommendation on appointment/termination of Activation staff or Merchandiser
- Issuing of show cause letter
• Support in all scope of Operation functions
• Managing Team Budget.
• Maintain good business relationship with trade
- Public Relation, Trade Associations, Distributors and Logistic Partner
