  • Foster Collaboration: Promote a collaborative work environment by encouraging teamwork and cooperation across all business units to achieve organizational goals.
  • Tender Management: Prepare, organize, and review tender documentation, collect tender files, and create concise key notes for management consideration.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Admin) to ensure smooth operations within a strict regulatory framework.
  • Project Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project data, including contracts, agreements, deliverables, and notes, and present key findings to management for review and decision-making.
  • Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities and market penetration strategies, gather critical information, and prepare outlines and presentations for management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare weekly reports, engaging PowerPoint presentations, project notes, chronological records of project development activities, and accurate meeting minutes for management review.
  • Meeting Coordination: Facilitate meeting arrangements, including organizing meeting rooms, managing transportation logistics, and handling budget requisitions.
  • Site Visit Management: Efficiently manage site visit applications, handle multiple visa and stay permission applications, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate, preferred with MBA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, or G2G tendering within the Professional Services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and thriving in a competitive environment.
  • Broad, generalized knowledge and a 360-degree understanding of key business elements to ensure project success, rather than narrow specialization.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good command of English, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
