Sales

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
  • Manage brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
  • Track marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, brand awareness, engagement) and report outcomes.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Commerce.

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales Management preferred.

  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Strategy, or CRM Systems are an advantage (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Salesforce).

  • Preferred: 3-5 years total experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

  • Proven track record in market expansion, brand development, and customer acquisition.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with marketing agencies or distribution networks.

  • Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and market research.

  • Adaptable, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or branch visits.
