  • Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, offline and digital advertising promotional activities and events across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events.
  • Conceptualize, develop & implement marketing strategies to bring in new customers ,and to retain existing customers.
  • Event planning, organisation and execution for all events and roadshows.
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and strategy.
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, paid media campaigns.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Proficient in both English & Burmese (both written and spoken).
