To assist and collaborate in product development and management

To manage a cross-functional team to provide creative solutions that satisfy clients and accelerate company expansion

To deliver successful products to market, you will combine data-driven decision making, agile processes, and a customer-obsessed approach

Assist in design, and development of new and ongoing product enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering product features.
Work closely with internal teams to prioritise tasks and requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, requirements, and development processes.
Prepare training slides, FAQs and user guides for new products and services to respective teams and trainers.
Participate in preparing BRD, CR and project documents.
Assist in developing SOP to align with product features.
Monitor the product and user complaints to ensure that features are working correctly and are free of bugs.
Handle product related complaints.
Participate in identifying trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and improvements.
Other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
