Coordinate with internal departments to identify staffing needs
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Develop recruitment strategies according to business needs
Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels using social medias, job websites and other external agencies
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, screening the profiles, conducting for interviews, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Manage candidates' database to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in future job opportunities
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Organize job fairs, campus recruitment programme and recruitment events
Submit reports on general HR activity and overall performance of recruitment process
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Support other assigned functions

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelors degree or Diploma in HR or any related degree
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in HR related field
Proven work experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Good command of English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks
