An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Document preparation and application for all FDA registrations, including both local FDA and international licenses or regulatory approvals related to import and export regulations, tariff collection, trade facilitation, and customs enforcement (manufacturing licenses, product extensions, and design change applications).
Closely follow up on all document approvals.
Travel as required.
Ensure that the company’s products comply with FMCG regulations.
Keep up to date with international legislation, guidelines, and customer practices in all countries where the company exports.
Develop and write clear arguments and explanations for new product licenses and license renewals.
Prepare submissions for license variations and renewals within strict deadlines.
Monitor and set timelines for license variations and renewal approvals.
Write clear, accessible product labels and patient information leaflets.
Plan and develop product trials and interpret trial data.
Advise scientists and manufacturers on regulatory requirements.
Undertake and manage regulatory inspections.
Negotiate with regulatory authorities on all necessary processes, regulations, and marketing authorizations.
Specify storage, labeling, and packaging requirements.
Receive purchase requests from other departments and obtain price quotes from suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery and resolve shortages or damages.
Conduct quality checks at the warehouse upon delivery.
Maintain daily delivery records for all suppliers.
Prepare payments for suppliers.
Visit sites to check promotional materials upon request.
Access the system for internal use and for other branches.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience in research, clinical work, toxicology, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing techniques is beneficial.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory laws and compliance standards.
Previous work experience or internships in regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical industries, or contract research organizations is an advantage.
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
Excellent negotiation and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Additional certifications or diplomas related to regulatory affairs or procurement are preferred.
Proficiency in English communication.
