Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Monitoring the performance of sales team.
Building and maintaining good working relationship with customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Create weekly reports, analyze monthly sales data.
Communicating with Suppliers.
Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Provide support to other Departments / Divisions within the company in terms of promoting and selling their products as and when the opportunity arises.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Perform duties as required or requested form Management.
