  • Supervising and training sales team
  • Regular visit for presenting products information to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals at hospitals and clinics
  • Technical support to customers in smooth usage of our products
  • Preparing and implementing comprehensive business projects and activities planning
  • Projecting sale forecasts and sales target achievement
  • Analyze problematic situations, occurrences and provide solutions
  • Provide strategic plans and innovative ideas to the board of directors
  • Execute, monitor, review and report regularly on activities

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree of M.B.,B.S/ B.N.Sc are preferable.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience in medical device field
  • Strong references in developing strategies and successful business projects
  • Require to interactively communicate in English with foreigners
  • Able to proficiently use internet surfing, emails and Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point)
  • Management skill, effective decision making skill, self-learning skill
  • Good interpersonal and interdepartmental communication and leadership spirit to lead the teams
  • Willing to work in hospital environment, operation theaters and interest in handling medical devices
  • Able to travel local and overseas at any time.
