- သက္ဆိုင္ရာ Sales & Marketing အပိုင္းမ်ား အမွန္တကယ္ စိတ္၀င္တစား ေဆာင္ရြက္လိုသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
-Rreport ေကာင္းစြာ ေပးနိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
-လက္ေအာင္၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကိုေကာင္းစြာ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ျပီး Customer မ်ားႏွင့္ ေကာင္းမြန္စြာ ဆက္ဆံေၿပာဆိုႏိုင္သူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
-တာ၀န္ယူလိုစိတ္ရွိျပီး အသင္းအဖြဲ႔ကိုေကာင္းစြာဦးေဆာင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။

- အ၀တ္အထည္ အေရာင္းႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕ႀကံဳ (၂ ႏွစ္) ႏွင့္အထက္ ရွိရမည္ ။
-အသက္ ၂၅ မွ ၃၀ ႏွစ္အတြင္းရွိရမည္။
- Company မွ ခ်မွတ္ထားေသာစည္းမ်ည္း/စည္းကမ္း Policy မ်ားကိုလိုက္နာႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
-လုပ္ငန္းၿပီးစီးမႈအေျခအေနအရလိုအပ္ပါကအခ်ိန္ပိုလုပ္ကိုင္နိုင္သူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
* အထက္ပါရာထူးအတြက္ ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႔အတြင္း ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာသြားလာႏိုင္ရန္၊ နယ္ခရီးသြားႏိုင္ရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။
