  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning front-line staffs; following up on work results
  • Encourage and manage front-line staffs to achieve individual sales target
  • Ensure availability of merchandise by maintaining inventories at a standard level
  • Understand how to manage best seller items and slow-moving items in order to have a positive impact on sales
  • Ensure availability of customer services by scheduling efficient and effective duty roster and daily planner
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers in order to understand service requirements
  • Maintain and improve front-line staffs’ job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining front-line staffs; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Secure merchandise by checking and controlling stock daily, weekly and monthly
  • Maintain sales record and stock record
  • Liaise with head office for facilitating store operation
