An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Design quality training programs and training materials based on the training need analysis
Able to conduct and manage the effective, informative and knowledgeable classroom training and field coaching on organization wide
Able to conduct online training using online platform, create video content with trainers which all need to deliver by learning Management Software (LMS)
Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate with minimum of 4 years’ experience in training and development management (essential)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both in Burmese and English)
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
Good communication skill in both Myanmar and English
Able to travel
