- Find out required training needs and update training modules
- Prepare training calendar
- Develop an annual training plan with the consultation of HR Managers and COO
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and report to Training Manager with comments, suggestion and plan of action
- Supervise Training Officer and arrange training activities
- Conduct field level training

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any graduate
Minimum of five years of experience in training and capacity building
Strong knowledge of computer skill (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
