– Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA / MPA is preferable)– Age between 35 and 45 years old – Have 5 ~ 7 years of working experience in HR related field at a managerial role– Ability to travel to remote area as necessary– Team player with a positive attitude and a high level of motivation– Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)– Myanmar Nationality Only
