  • Prepare with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain finger print records of employees and prepare time table for all staff
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Calculation and resolve employee relations
  • To check & arrange the overtime summary report for payroll
  • Prepare & check daily attendance report
  • Developing and updating the rules & regulations in accordance
  • Organizational creativity and innovation as HR function
  • HR’s objective rational thinking and well –reasoned argument

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Age between 25 to 35 years old
  • Any graduate
  • Diploma in HR Management or Prefer HR Diploma
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Computer Literate skills (Word, Excel)
  • Able to work under pressure
