တာဝန်နှင့် ဝတ္တရားများ

  • Customer ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို သိရှိစေရန် သွက်လက်တက်ကြွစွာမေးမြန်းစုံစမ်းခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ (Sale & Service Teller, Sale & Service Officer, Account Manager, Branch Manager etc.) အားချိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်းဖြင့် အကောင်းဆုံးဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန်။
  • Customer များအသုံးပြုလိုသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအပေါ်တွင် စိတ်ကျေနပ်မှုရရှိစေရန်၊
  • မိမိလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု့အသီးသီး၏ အချက်အလက်များအား သိရှိနားလည်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိသူသို့ မြန်ဆန်စွာချိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်းဖြင့် အကောင်းဆုံးဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ဘဏ်၏လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနှင့်အညီ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်။
  • တစ်နေ့တာစာရင်းပိတ်ရာတွင် အမှားအယွင်းမရှိအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Customer မကျေနပ်မှုများကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်၊ Follow up လုပ်ခြင်းနှင် မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ဖြင့် သေသပ်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်၊ လိုအပ်လျှင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးရန်။
  • ငွေကြေး၊ ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုဆိုင်ရာများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာသိရှိနားလည်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆက်လက်၍ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်အောင်နှင့်ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန်။

  • အနိမ့်ဆုံးပညာအရည်အချင်း အထက်တန်း‌အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • တက္ကသိုလ်တခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ (သို့) LCCI Level II, III (သို့) စီးပွားရေး Diploma တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel နှင့် E-mail အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
