A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To inspect the car on a daily basis and ensure that it is clean and well maintained. This counts for exterior, interior, windows, mirrors, tires etc.
  • To check the car’s fuel and oil levels and make sure that the lights, brakes, engine, battery, tires & windshield wipers are in good working order.
  • To adjust rear and side mirrors and the seat for comfort.
  • All luggage needs to arrive at the guest room within 10 minutes of check-in.
  • Knock lightly bell ring on the door.
  • Greet the guest in a polite & friendly manner.
  • Use the guest's name at least once during the interaction is better .
  • Place the luggage on the luggage rack/bench.
  • Offer to hang the suit carrier/coat.
  • Say Thanks to guest for staying   and wish for enjoy at hotel.
  • If reception pass to alert carry needs to go guests room within 10 Minutes.
  • Luggage need to be collected within 10 minutes of telephone request.
  • Confirm number of pieces to be collected and offer a luggage tag to the guest.
  • To ensure safety of the guests whenever they use the hotel car.
  • To be familiar with Naypyitaw city and ministerial office  plan to use the most efficient route to destinations.
  • To know the locations of frequently requested destinations, such as airports, hotels, shopping centers and other points of interest in case of transfers.
  • In case of emergency, the driver must know where fire, police stations & hospitals are.
  • Keep transportation log-book where all transport requests are noted down.
  • For a complicated repair, the driver will consult & take care to professional mechanic after approval.
  • To maintain log sheets and any other records which may be required.
  • To dress in a clean, pressed & complete uniform.
  • To be always well groomed & wearing a name badge.
  • To be able to do airport transfers by knowing & following the related standards.
  • Leave will be granted in day’s with low occupancy and can’t be taken without any prior permission.
