လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Manage and supervise branch staff in day to day activities (at least 5-6 persons)
- Manage dealing with government authorities
- Management on credit officers day to day and monthly plan
- Develop monthly branch business plan and submit to Area Manager
- Check on any disbursement of loan for approval
- Monitor on achievement of the branch
- Give approval on forming Village Organisation
- Listen from Credit officer on their findings in field

- Any bachelor degree and background on business management if advantage
- 2 years of experience in management in any field
- Good communication in Myanmar and English
- Be able to make unity among team members
- Able to work under pressure and overtime.
- Basic understanding of microfinance
- Demonstrates energy honesty, professionalism & respect for diversity
- Adaptability and ability to work in a multicultural work environment.
