The role holder is responsible to identify business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, market research and development of innovative Foreign Remittance products and solutions as well roll-out-process (Sales) to meet the client needs enabling differentiating the bank’s services from competitors’ and maximizing profits in alignment with KBZ’s risk policies. Trade Finance VC provides a diverse range of Trade/foreign remittance products and services to corporate/SME customers. Also with cash management advisory recommendations to meet sophisticated needs.

Data

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.
• Provide FR daily report, monthly report, ALCO presentation slide...
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Helping develop reports and analysis. ( Market analysis, Market research )

Products

• To ensure the bank’s interests are properly secured with suitable products mixes designed & delivered.
• Assist VCGM/DVCGM implementing current and future Foreign Remittance product strategies.
• Execute the Value Centre’s business plans with creative solutions, distinctive value propositions, and suitable delivery channels; also monitoring product performance.
• Liaise with the Marketing Function on corporate branding for Foreign Remittance services.
• Collaborates with IT Function Dept. creating synergy on automation with operational efficiency.
• Review client feedback to ensure continued service improvement; identify future client needs in order to further enhance KBZ’s competitiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree Economics, Computer Science, Information Management , Marketing or Statistics or equivalent
• At least 5 years work experience as a data analyst, market research or in related field.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Ability to analyses existing tools and databases and provide the daily report , monthly report
• High-level written and verbal communication skills (English)
