1. To collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative property market data and generate market reports monthly;
2. To regularly update the sold-out rate of key competitors' projects in the market;
3. To search for landowners who are interested in developing residential projects with developers;
4. To assist the Head of Business Development in negotiating JV agreement with landowner and doing investment estimations such as ROI and EBITDA;
5. Market Survey for new location (traffic, demo, average spend)
6. Follow up discussion/negotiation with landlords or developers
7. Follow up for agreement processing and government related documentation
8. To assist the Department of Sales & Marketing when necessary.
9. Track competitor locations and activities and update database timely
10. Develop and cultivate relationships with landowners, brokers, potential business partners, and professional organizations

1. Bachelor's degree related to Real Estate Development or Real Estate Market Analysis or other related qualifications will be highly preferred
2. At least 3-year experience in real estate field will be highly preferred
3. Excellent in doing complex financial calculations & estimations with advance  Microsoft Excel;
4. Excellent in Microsoft PowerPoint;
5. Excellent social skills to search for landowners who are interested in developing residential projects with developers
6. Fluent in Burmese, English (Chinese is a plus)
7. Strong network with local real estate industry will be highly preferred
