  • To collaborate in turning business strategies into real business opportunities.
  • To improve the business strategy and business plan set by the Corporate Office.
  • Collaborate closely with Top Management for Corporate Strategy of Business Development to gather necessary market information and identify key partners and other components for business development.
  • Local/ foreign potential partners for business development; must be able to liaise well with government departments.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to find good opportunities to expand your new business
  • To present financial opportunities and hypothetical recommendations in the development of a Business Plan.
  • To evaluate and review the strengths and weaknesses of the Business Plan.
  • Must be able to understand and analyze the financial reports of the business/ project.
  • Must be able to handle contracts in both English/ Myanmar version, such as MOU, MOA, consortium agreement, etc.
  • Must be able to understand Trading and Financing service process.
  • Planning business development management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

  • Any Graduate (Prefer BBA)
  • Must be an holder Master of Business Administration
  • Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  • Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous
  • Must have experience Tendering Process
  • Strong leadership skills & Strong attention to detail and technicalities
  • Proficient in written, spoken and translate both Myanmar & English skills
  • Excellent organizational, technical skills, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be expect computer & IT skill (MS word, excel, power point, Internet & Email)
  • Must be trip local/oversea often if necessary
