  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents across targeted regions.
  • Develop business strategies to increase transaction volumes and profitability.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with third parties, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Drive agent and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Promote agency banking products and services to increase adoption.
  • Monitor competition and propose strategies to differentiate offerings.
  • Ensure agents are compliant with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor agent performance (transaction volumes, activity levels, service quality).
  • Resolve operational issues and provide continuous support to agents.
  • Build strong relationships with agents, customers, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen agent engagement and service delivery.
  • Contribute to product development and digital solutions for agency banking.
  • Provide market insights and prepare reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for agent network growth and profitability.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial inclusion models and rural/urban distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with digital banking products, mobile money, and payments ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing agency banking and KYC/AML compliance.
  • Market awareness of competitor agency models and customer needs.
