Collaborating with Sales Team to monitor and verify outlet satisfaction and retail performance
Identifying and converting new OEM clients into long-term strategic partners
Leading B2B presentations, pricing negotiations, and onboarding processes
Conducting regular market visits and outlet assessments
Reporting and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the insurance or FMCG industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel; adaptable, proactive, and agile in a dynamic business environment.
