  • Implement sales and service strategy for the branch to ensure business growth and ensure smooth functioning of the Branch.
  • Devise sales action plan in collaboration with the Branch Manager for the Branch and ensure that business targets (liabilities, risk assets CASA, Corporate, SMEs, fee-based income, interest income, risk assets quality, transaction banking etc.) for the Branch is met.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service charges; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Coaches and builds a highly motivated sales team to enhance the Culture of the Bank and improve profitability
  • Conduct branch visits throughout the region to coach, lead and create accountability for all teams.
  • Maintain and build relationship with existing and potential client to bring business growth.
  • Originating, reviewing the loan proposal from the branches and manage potential credit-pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Ensure to meet TAT in processing loan and compliance standards are met as per the guidelines.
  • Ensuring the quality of written reports and supporting documents complies with bank policy and procedures.
  • Respond to a wide range of customer enquiries from all segments, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to internal and external customers
  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship.
  • Understand credit life cycle and able to manage credit analysis/appraisal as per MCB products paper guideline.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in Business discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Banking industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank’s Policies, Product Papers, Manuals, Guidelines and circulars.
  • Ability to understand and interpret financials and financial ratios
  • English Language proficiency in four skills
  • Computer proficiency and digital oriented
  • Selling and negotiation skills, ability to identify new prospects and strive to achieve given targets
  • Strong business acumen and an intimate knowledge of the marketplace
  • Understand Banking Standard practices and CBM's regulation
