• Communicate in systematic regular manner with all landlords on the status of their properties, maintenance.
• Follow up on all leasing enquirers and ensure in providing the information about estate and properties.
• Go to Government sectors, Enterprises, Banks, etc. to follow up on proposals submitted by our organization. Knowledge in current market rental rates.
• Maximizing networking opportunities.
• Assist managers to research local and international industry trends, companies, events and publications.
• Assist managers to identify potential business opportunities, partners, and clients.
• Assist managers in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and any other admin requirements.
• Maintenance of a high standard of professionalism and client courtesy culture.
• Ensuring robust information security and confidentiality at all times.
• Report back to Department Head and Manager about conference, meeting, and product launching event he/she attended.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any Graduate Graduates.Prefer in MBA and Bachelor in Business Management
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), Power Point.
• At Least 2 years’ experience in Real Estate.
• Communication, Corporation, Reporting, Team Work, Flexibility and Competent, Business and Finance Understanding, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language.
• Knowledge in current market rental rates.
• Good research, analytical skills and problem solving skills
