• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• To ensure that the accuracy of all accounting transactions and balances of consolidated financial statements
• To prepare timely and release of accurate monthly financial statements and other related management reports
• To ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled on a monthly basis and discrepancies are immediately identified and corrected, follow up action, on time report to management and respective departments
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls
• To check and follow up appropriate action of Account Receivables, Account Payable and Daily Cash In / Out flows transactions
• To oversee and ensure the smooth running of the overall Cost Control functions and services are done in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
• To check actual record and safeguard of all stocks of the hotels with all variances being justified and corrected
• To strict respect of all control procedures and policies
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

Degree in B.Com - Min 3 years in related position with HOTEL background
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be preferred
