• Develops IT security strategy, leveraging on the latest security threats and best practices, that supports the bank’s vision of building a world-class agile technology organization
• Oversees and drives the implementation of IT Security initiatives and ensures rapid and seamless deployment in order to anticipate and respond quickly to changes in security threats
• Develops policies and guidelines on security controls and cyber incident response planning to ensure high technology standards delivery and protection of Bank
• Develops business continuity plans for the security breach or in the event that the disaster recovery plan needs to be triggered
• Devises IT security strategies and solutions to mitigate the risk of cyber-attacks
• Review investigations after breaches or incident, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities
• Develops cybersecurity policies and procedures to the Bank
• Manages contractors and vendors involved IT security, which includes managing budget
• Reports to Senior Management periodically on IT security status and risks
• Provides training and mentoring to security team members

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security
• Proven track record of driving large-scale change programs
• Able to command in both English and Myanmar.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving IT landscape and keep pace with new security technologies
• Passion for technology and security safeguarding
• Excellent communication skills and an analytical mind
