- Must be BE or B.Tech or AGTI (Civil) degree holder
- At least 3-year experience in construction related field
- Basic knowledge of Auto CAD software and Microsoft office software
- Good knowledge of construction projects sequence
- Understanding of construction drawings
- Good communication skill
- Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of project
- Communicate with sub-contractors and manage to meet the schedule
