POLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• To make Ooredoo as preferred partner among all distribution chain by providing the supperior incentive management and payout system.
• Act as budget coordinator within S&D – to coordinate budget allocation & spending of S&D Department
• Support business users within S&D in any and all incentive related matters.
• Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders on the design, development, implementation, communication and administration of sales incentive plans;
• Operate as advisor and technical expert on sales incentive-related matters, including sales incentive policies, programs and approaches, identifying business user’s needs, managing the relationship, brokering development of solutions and delivering solutions to the business;
• Draft and implement sales incentive communication materials to ensure launch of new incentive programs or changes to current plans are successful;
• Ensure that the administration and governance of sales incentive programs are in compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures;
• Employ a proactive approach to the identification and implementation of trends and best practices.
• Maintain the Sales Incentive Compensation aspects of Workday or create a new system as appropriate:
o Responsible for development of end to end Incentive Management/Payout system within OM distribution chain
o Allign incentives requirement from various channels within S&D, translate it into necessary requirements; provide input/feedback to internal S&D stakeholders of system capabilities and the best practices.
o Liaise with other stakeholders (Technology, Marketing, Finance, Vendors or any other parties) representing S&D interest towards any incentive management system provided
• Create, route, track and reconcile sales incentive plans and payments
• Validation and implementation of incentive plans and sales targets, giving support to Business Management, reporting and analyzing their achievements in order to optimize sales results.
• Create a mechanism for measuring the returns opportunities from sales incentive spend
• Act as budget coordinator within S&D – coordinate S&D budget requirement, liaise with related department (maily Finance) in ensuring S&D budget allocation and use are well controlled

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree
• Strong Technical reward knowledge and Financial accument is a must.
• Experience in the telco or managing mass distribution network
