• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 - 10 years’ work experience as a Construction Supervision Engineer/Construction Manager.
• Working in building construction
• Managing teams on site and off site
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Negotiation and Relationship Management
