1) Liaising the Initiating Department  and Legal which kind of contractual scheme we will apply         
2) Knowing the nature of Initiating Department and assist to create the Delivery Contract for initiating Department’s business nature (like   

    Power/Mobile/IT/Commercial/Cloud based business)        
3) Following and checking the collect legal placement before issuing PO. And pushing initiating department        
4) Creating the new business process in line with new environment change (like FeSC new instruction) to enable our business.        
5) Process book management for certain arrangement (like tower sharing SLA checking and getting credit note process).        
6) Procurement Policy revision, and related process change.        
7) Operating manual creation and revision for procurement activities.        
8) Version control and management for all related document.        
9) Proactive Attitude and  Enthusiastic for his/her own assignment        
10) Good at coordinating with different organization        
11) Good at communicating with diversified environment  and  has patience.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

> Any Bachelor Degree (Preferrable: Legal related diploma/certificate holder)
> Have experience to create / modify /edit the contract together with Lawyer and edit business process . (more than 3 years)
> Have negotiated with customer/vendor (more than 5 years)
> Legal English Knowledge
> Excellent in Microsoft skill (Excel , Power Point , Word)
> Contract Knowledge 
> Process management knowledge
> Negotiation Skill
> Documentation management skill
