Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
Assessing market trends and competitors.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Master or higher degree in relevant field (MBA is more preferable)
At least 5 years experiences in related field at a management level
Strong reporting and presentation skill are important
Ability to manage projects and multi-task.
Good in dealing with Government authorities
Creating good relation with any level of employee of cross departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and internet.
Excellent in document management skills and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal skill, analytic skill, negotiation skill and organizational skill are required
Fluent in English
Able to travel and can work overtime if necessary
