လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Telecommunication and Engineering background knowledge is preferable)
  • Strong ability to deal with customer complaints
  • Proficient in MS office word, excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have experience with customer support
  • Good command of English (Thai Language preferable)
  • Willing to learn and improve one's skill
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the customer service field
  • Can work 24/7 shifts and under pressure.
