•Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
•Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•To coordinate between Customer, Finance & B2B
•To cooperate with team members workload when necessary

•Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
•Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
•Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Have progressive business management attitude with customer service mindset
•Ability to work well in a team environment
•Investigating and solving all irregular transactions
•Understanding all of internal procedure
•Ability to manage work productivity to finish on time
