• Obtain customer feedback from different channels and monitor service trends.
• Align with marketing & sales departments and ensure all customer care channels fully understand services available.
• Able to make plans for events, managing vendors, managing projects.
• Ability to perform planning for operation in line with services & products, business process management & improvement, making materials.

• Any graduate
• Experience in mobile business or call center management preferred
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills and co-ordination skills
• Good command in English language can be helpful
