The objective of customer service is to identify queries of customers, interact with customers, answer the queries of customers, resolve service issues, enhance customer experience and foster relationships, improve credibility and create customer loyalty.

  • Handling inbound calls or messages  and providing accurate information to customers' queries and concerns
  • Opening ticket in Sparrow system and escalate customers' issues to respective departments if necessary
  • Resolving customers' complaints, giving follow up calls, and closing issues in the Sparrow system
  • Collaborate with the team and colleagues to improve customer service
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide consistent quality service to the customers with KBZ high service standards in an efficient and timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned by the management

  • University graduate with BA or BSc
