An Exciting Opportunity for ...

a. Responsible for the service center smooth operation, team management of 3-4 stuff.
b. Responsible for coordination with external orgs & internal dpts for on-site card management, cash management, accounting etc.
c. Responsible for dealing with on-site B2B business opportunities.
d. Responsible for customer service such as querying, card selling, card top up, damaged card exchanging etc.
e. As a role directly interacts with YPS customer, candidate should serve as YPS brand ambassador, being able to introduce and promote the YPS value, know-how as well.
f. Deal with possible customer conflicts, solve customer’s problems.
g. Verifying accounting record (cash, card & system record) on a daily basis.
h. comply to company general policies and performance evaluation policies and others

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

a. have team management and operation experience.
b. Have experience in accounting/finance, such as cash counting, balance settlement etc.
c. Have basic experience in operating on POS, or other E-devices.
d. Command very good communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
e. Has traits like Extroverted, friendly, patient.
