Communicate with customers
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support other Call Center daily operations

Personnel with 3 years or above experiences in customer services
Prefer if prior working experiences in Education Market/Field
Basic Knowledge with Logistics services
Basic knowledge of English for communicating through emails
