Design, upgrade, and deploy machine learning (ML) models to solve business problems and support decision making processes.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, inference, and evaluation – ensuring reliability and accuracy.
Evaluate models accuracy and performance using validation techniques.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to optimize model performance.
Ensure proper documentation and communicate findings and model impact effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Perform diagnostic and prescriptive analytics to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies for business growth.
Collaborate with domain experts to define key metrics, measure impact, and refine analytical approaches for better decision-making.
Research new ways to make use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques and contribute to relevant projects.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Proven experience in developing machine learning models in Python and/or R, with hands-on expertise in libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and hyperparameter tuning
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python or similar languages.
Experience with AI-assisted code generation tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, GPT, etc.) to enhance productivity in model development and deployment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and pipelines.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Effective collaboration and communication skills with the ability to foster an understanding or changes impacting existing process areas.
Previous experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in economics, information management, statistics, engineering, mathematics, accounting, computer science or any graduates with equivalent experience.
