In charge of Direct Dealers within designated state and region
Responsible of hitting the Month/Quarter sales and revenue target
Hitting the region’s target market share performance
Manage all partners conflicts and complain with respective department (As day to day operation, system issues, incentive payout, etc..)
Manage and supporting together with regional team member for territory management and Area executive management
Ensuring expansion plan is carried in accordance to plan timeline

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Bachelor
Minimum 3 years working experience in any field or telecommunication related industries
Ability to use of Microsoft office suit
Strong in managing KPIs and sales organization
English Language ( prefer 4 skill )
Good in relationship with Partners
Understands & applies proper process and procedures
