Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

The key responsibilities for the role are as follow:

  • Prospect engagement and prospect monitoring for external events and seminars
  • Competitors Analysis
  • Front Desk Duty

Include the following elements:

Prospect engagement and prospect monitoring for external events and seminars

  • Arrange and handle the events and seminars
  • Set-up calls for prospects to attend events and seminar at Auston University
  • Manage prospects attendance and follow ups on pre and post events and seminar
  • Monitor the prospect pipelines and made follow up calls for second appointments
  • Provide post events and seminar result report align with the CRM

 

Competitor Analysis

  • Understand and analyze the market for Auston University
  • Provide detail analysis of different competitors
  • Monitor the movement of competitors alongside with the market
  • Monitor and report the promotions, school activities, campus and new courses of competitors
  • Analyze the competitors’ partnership activities

 

Front Desk Duty

  • Meet and greet the guest entering the campus and guide them
  • Manage the incoming calls and forwarding them to proper extension
  • Collect the correct information from the calls and messages
  • Sorting and distributing the walk in and inbound prospects to educational consultants

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong engagement skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties
  • Proven work experience with private schools and university engagement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • English conversational level
  • Good commence in MS offices, internet and email
  • Ability to learn new technology and effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities
  • Must be open to receiving performance feedback and be able to react to feedback in a positive manner
  • Team player
