We are seeking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth and uphold our commitment to excellence.

The General Manager will oversee all aspect of LuLu Land Playground, ensuring smooth operation, providing exceptional customer service, and create a safe, engaging environment. This role requires strong leadership, business perceptiveness and passion for creating joyful experiences for family and children.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership : Manage daily operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and efficiency
• Team Management : Lead, train and motivate staff across all department
• Business Growth : Develop and implement strategies to the growth of the business and further improve customer satisfactions
• HR & Administration : Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluations of staffs
• Financial Oversight : Monitor budgets, control costs and optimize financial aspect of the business
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to health, safety and company policies and procedures

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience (operations, HR, hospitality or childcare preferred)
• Strong leadership with proven team management skills
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication (Burmese and English), problem solving and customer service skills
• Age 32 and above ( preferred for maturity and experience)
• Passion for family/child entertainment and customer satisfaction
