3. Manage shop staff, supervise the entire sales process, and ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure raw material receiving process at the Warehouse is carried out according to defined policies, standards, and procedures.

• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of raw materials in compliance with standard requirements.

• Supervise and ensure timely and standard-compliant distribution of raw materials to the Production Department and Shops.

• Oversee receiving and issuing processes to ensure accurate documentation and records in compliance with company procedures.

• Manage Sales Department operations including staff, workflows, and resources, ensuring compliance with policies and taking corrective actions when necessary.

• Oversee and ensure all shop management processes run smoothly and in accordance with company standards through proper monitoring and reporting.

• Ensure product display and sales processes are carried out in designated places and formats, following set standards.

• Set sales targets and ensure achievement by providing necessary guidance and instructions.

• Establish and maintain service quality standards, ensuring compliance.

• Provide training and coaching to sales staff to improve performance.

• Monitor and ensure 100% customer satisfaction in service delivery.

• Ensure timely communication, reporting, instructions, and announcements across all relevant departments and shops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder

• Completed sales-related training programs

• Basic knowledge of Accounting

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in Management and Leadership

• Computer literacy

Work Experience

• Minimum of 10 years overall working experience

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry
