As the General Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations, strategy, and business development. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize profitability, and ensure sustainable growth while maintaining our reputation for reliability and integrity.

Job Description

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Manage alignment and integration of services across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations
• Monitor and report operational performance to the management.
• Develop and manage operational budgets for office.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide strong leadership across teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Support and coordinate with marketing teams for local promotional campaigns.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a senior role
• Age Under 40 years.
