A bank is looking for a Business Devlopement Lead to perform at A+ Digital Wallet. This role is responsilble as a Section Head or a Team Lead and Directly reporting to Chief Digital Ops Officer. Kindly see the following information for your reference. 

  • Design, manage, and implement digital subscriber acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency
  • Create, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns and initiatives, to drive organic acquisition, engagement, and referrals
  • Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Manage consumer acquisition, KYC operations and customer service teams as needed
  • Being a leader of Business Development for the Digital Operation.
  • Maintain agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets
  • Work with internal operations, merchandise, creative, and planning teams to maximize the impact of sales and events
  • Work with development and product teams to ensure the user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow
  • Collaborate with customer retention team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in engagement

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in high-growth, result-driven, and fast-paced marketing environments
  • Experience in a Fintech, B2B, or high-growth startup would be an advantage; Experiences from Digital Wallet is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth results
  • People management experience
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications related
