Job Purpose:

To perform complex activities in the IT infrastructure and security team including planning, design, capacity management, optimization, implementation, project rollout and operation to ensure and optimize effectiveness and efficiency of systems to serve quality services.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Strong technical experience and knowledge on Cloud & Virtualization platform (VMWare & OpenStack), Windows, Linux, Solaris, Ansible, RMS, EUS, IDAM, SAN & Ceph Storage, Backup & Restore, Information Security, DR design/solution and system monitoring domains.
• Good technical knowledge and experience in Contact Center, Telepresence and digital customer care solutions.
• Good technical knowledge on other IT domains such as ITIL process, Network, Server, Data Center, Database, Middleware, Security and Asset Management.
• Perform architecture design, integration design, security compliance & control, hardening, patching, architecture, policies, procedures, SOP, documentation, audit, risk analysis and project rollout activities. PMP knowledge will be advantage.
• Perform MEV, CBN & others compliance processes to comply with audit and local policies including regular DR drill.
• Develop and manage roadmap, operation improvement and annual plan for respective systems, products or platforms.
• Perform capacity planning, dimensioning and performance optimization on respective systems, products or platforms.
• Collaborate key activities with respective stakeholders (both Internal & External) and manage multi-vendors to ensure stable operation, meet stakeholder’s expectation and deliver on time.
• Track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review on overall processes of relevant activities, as well as coordinate and support to others functions to perform complex activities.
• Lead the Infrastructure and Operations teams with overall responsibility for IT infrastructure planning and deployment of IT for various projects
• Perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking relevant domains to adopt market best practices into organization.
• Support senior members in activities and proactively identify opportunities to advance the success of the business.
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• 7+ years’ experience in related functions
• Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, self-learning, agile mindset, cross-functional interaction, good attitude, attention to detail and efficient communications on both English and Myanmar
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
• Proven experience in leading team and vendor management
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
